Started in Portland, this quick-service restaurant focuses on creating dishes featuring global flavors using local ingredients. They are also mindful of those of us that need menu items that are vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, Paleo and so on. On this “planet”, you know where your food comes from and can be assured that it is top quality. The menu boasts burritos, bowls, soups, salads, smoothies, juices, and homemade cookies to start. This amazing restaurant started as Soup with friends on Sundays and expanded into a focus on healthy, homemade from scratch recipes served at a gourmet-style restaurant.
