Despite a market stymied by persistent snow storms, Oliver made a strong showing in the first quarter and outsold competitors. As springs breathes new life into the Tahoe market, the Oliver Luxury team aims to capitalize on its early success and maintain its lakefront foothold.
Although the numbers are promising, Oliver agents have their work cut out for them in surpassing their own accomplishments, including a $40,000,000 record-setting sale; the highest lakefront sale ever on the California side. Oliver’s quarter one count already includes four sales, double the count of the next competitor.
Oliver agents represent over $60,000,000 of lakefront inventory with additional listings being released with the fair weather. Although moving these monumental listings is a feat unto itself, the Oliver team is confident their wide-spread network of affluent buyers is up to the task.
