In 2007, Michael Oliver opened his first office in a historic cabin on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe. Seeing flaws in the corporate model used by real estate firms throughout the area, Michael focused on building a luxury brokerage with a new, personalized structure; one that encouraged agents to take the initiative and become impassioned by excellence in service. Under Michael’s visionary leadership, Oliver Luxury Real Estate has established itself as a top-producing sales force in the Lake Tahoe, Truckee and Reno area with billions of dollars in sales and one of the highest average sales prices of any brokerage in the United States. For eleven consecutive years, Michael and Darin Vicknair have been the top producing real estate team in Lake Tahoe.
The first agent hired by Oliver Luxury Real Estate, Darin Vicknair is known for his vast knowledge of the market and the nuances of Tahoe lakefront real estate. His expert networking and negotiating skills work to earn you the highest price for your property while helping you to navigate the legal, logistical, and financial elements of transacting in luxury real estate.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Offering more than 12 years of administrative experience, coupled with 6 years of business management, Stefanie brings a wealth of knowledge and organization to the team. She holds her Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration, and has a strong background in accounting and finance, payroll, managing organizations, and business development. Her dedication and ability to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of support services through improvements to each function, ensures a smooth transition that meets the expectations and needs of agents and their clients.
Tyler O’Neill brings 15 years of agency approved and in demand media creation experience to the Oliver Luxury team. He has been involved in a variety of marketing initiatives spanning luxury brands and industries since 2011. After spending several years as a graphic designer, product photographer, and photo editor, as well as growing his own successful photography business, Tyler continued to work closely with brands to craft content and produce creative advertising that drives engagement and brand recognition. Tyler brings with him a well rounded background in photo/video/design, website development & SEO, digital & print advertising, data analytics, and social media strategy to the Oliver Luxury team. His strong work ethic and passion for clean and creative advertising is what drives his commitment to be a leader in a demanding industry.
Katie is a graduate of University of Nevada, Reno with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She is currently working towards her CPA license and has over 10 years of experience in bookkeeping/ accounting. Outside of work she enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
MARKETING AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
After graduating from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Development and Family Studies, Kendall recently joined the Oliver team down in the Reno office. Born and raised in Reno, she has grown up with parents who are active in the real estate industry and has picked up some of their knowledge and interests. Her father flips houses while her mother, who also works for Oliver Luxury Real Estate as an agent, designs and sells the homes. In her free time, Kendall likes to hike, travel, go up to Tahoe, and spend time with her friends, family, and pug, Finley.
My name is Kaitlin Cabral, I graduated from Sierra Nevada College in Spring 2019 with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Minor in Marketing. I currently work as an administrative assistant and marketing assistant at Oliver Luxury Real Estate in Incline Village. I’ve lived in North Shore Tahoe for about 4 years and outside of work I love to hike, paddleboard, and play softball with friends.
Zuzana joined Oliver Luxury Real Estate as an Administrative assistant after
moving to Tahoe area from Europe. She holds a Master degree in Management in
tourism from Business University in Prague and first came to Tahoe as an intern in
Hospitality. After this life changing experience, she continued to shape her
background in the industry, working in Travel agency as a VIP and Travel
coordinator and as Front office/Concierge in various hotels. Being focused on a
customer service, detailed oriented and experienced in administrative support,
Zuzana will ensure the smooth running of 660 North Lake Tahoe office.
ADMINISTRATIVE & MARKETING ASSISTANT
Cooper grew up in South Lake Tahoe in the beautiful Christmas Valley. He attended Lake Tahoe Community College for his AA and transferred to Humboldt State University in Arcata, CA. He graduated from Humboldt State with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in marketing. After graduation, he moved back to Lake Tahoe to join Oliver Luxury Real Estate in the Tahoe City West & Zephyr Cove offices as a marketing & administrative assistant. Outside of work he loves to be outdoors going on hikes, kayaking, snowboarding, and playing guitar.
