Under Michael’s visionary leadership, Oliver Luxury Real Estate has established itself as a top-producing sales force in the Lake Tahoe, Truckee and Reno area with billions of dollars in sales and one of the highest average sales prices of any brokerage in the United States. For eleven consecutive years, Michael and Darin Vicknair have been the top producing real estate team in Lake Tahoe.
The first agent hired by Oliver Luxury Real Estate, Darin Vicknair is known for his vast knowledge of the market and the nuances of Tahoe lakefront real estate. His expert networking and negotiating skills work to earn you the highest price for your property while helping you to navigate the legal, logistical, and financial elements of transacting in luxury real estate.
Offering more than 12 years of administrative experience, coupled with 6 years of business management, Stefanie brings a wealth of knowledge and organization to the team. She holds her Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration, and has a strong background in accounting and finance, payroll, managing organizations, and business development. Her dedication and ability to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of support services through improvements to each function, ensures a smooth transition that meets the expectations and needs of agents and their clients.
CALIFORNIA OPERATIONS AND LUXURY VACATIONS MANAGER
Prior to joining Oliver Luxury Real Estate, Brendan worked in the financial services sector for Guild Mortgage Company, where he earned his NMLS license. Preceding his time in the mortgage industry, Brendan worked as a manager in the hospitality industry, where he enjoyed a career in successful restaurants in Lake Tahoe and Seattle, WA. His background has shaped his ability to navigate the path to a common goal with a wide variety of clients, and he prides himself on his accountability and communication.
Sybile Moser is a recent graduate of the Psychology program at Sierra Nevada College in Incline Village. She has a passion for integrating the fields of Psychology and Marketing. Sybile currently serves as a Marketing and administrative assistant in the Incline Village office. In her time at Oliver, Sybile has worked various forms of digital and print media and has helped develop Oliver’s social media footprint. Sybile will be pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Marketing this Spring and looks forward to her future at Oliver.
MARKETING AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Jessica Dollar joined our team in October 2016 as an Administrative Assistant and currently works in the Reno office assisting with marketing and design. She graduated from Southern Oregon University with a Bachelor of Science in Emerging Media and Digital Arts. Jessica brings over 7 years of administrative experience to the table with expertise in scheduling, design, and editing, with some marketing along the way as well. She primarily handles the administrative and receptionist duties in the office, assists with designing, managing and coordinating the newspaper/magazine ads in Lake Tahoe, as well as various other administrative tasks
