A fifth-generation Reno, Nevadan, Louie Damonte III is immensely informed of and perceptive to the nuances of the region. Raised in a proud Nevada/California ranching family, with parents that set the bar high, Louie learned quickly the importance hard work plays in attaining one’s ultimate goal. He is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno and local Bishop Manogue Catholic High School. Through a great opportunity with a farm credit company, Louie was able to learn principles of appraisals, conduct physical inspections, and assist in opinioned valuations, which all have assisted him even further in his knowledge of real estate. He takes tremendous pride in his academic achievements and carries that drive with him as a real estate professional.
From a young age, Louie spent summers farming alfalfa and moving cattle, and was also exposed to residential real estate development. Through his mentors, he has learned a profound amount from witnessing the development of the Damonte Ranch area first-hand, and utilizes that familiarity in his work. Louie has an enormous appreciation for the roots of his family and has worked to establish in this beautiful community. Like so many Northern Nevadans, he enjoys the numerous outdoor wonders our region has to offer. From hunting and fishing, to skiing and lake days on the boat, most of his fondest memories have taken place outside.
Louie has chosen to partner with Corcoran Global Living to deliver professional and value-driven services to his clients. The talent, reach, and refined ability to contribute above and beyond in every phase of a real estate transaction is what sets the Corcoran team apart. With the support of Corcoran, Louie is able to serve his clients effectively and exceptionally.
